To ensure timely delivery of Credit Union information in a secure environment, our firm utilizes ShareFile. ShareFile is a secure file sharing site. This site allows for a direct transfer of information from our clients to our secured server. All communications between ShareFile and the user are encrypted using SSL/TLS protocols. This is the same functionality used by banks and popular e-commerce services for secure communication. ShareFile’s computer network is also subject to daily security audits by a third-party security monitoring firm. Being able to transfer data electronically in a secure environment saves time and money for the Credit Union. Credit Union staff no longer have to print lengthy reports and can send information in advance of the audit saving the credit union time and money.
