Lynn is involved with both federal and state chartered audits. Some of Lynn’s responsibilities as a Senior Auditor include planning the audit from start to completion and participating in the audit fieldwork. Sometimes our clients request additional management consulting services to help meet their needs. Lynn is part of our team that provides our clients with consulting services.

Lynn
Franzosa received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Organization Behavior and
Management from Brown University and her Masters degree in Accounting from
Florida International University. She is a Florida CPA and a member of the FICPA.
Lynn has more than ten years of accounting and auditing experience, having
served in a management capacity for several large companies in various
industries. She began her auditing career with Deloitte & Touche LLP, in
Miami, FL. Lynn joined Nearman, Maynard, Vallez in March 2006 and currently
holds the position of Senior Auditor.
